Shopping Basics
If the received goods do not meet your expectations, you can return the goods within 14 days. Please contact us and explain the reason for returning your goods before shipping the goods. You will receive a refund within 10 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
Returned goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The shipping costs for the return of the goods will be paid by the purchaser.
If you are located outside the EU and wish to purchase our products: Please contact info@okdesign.dk so we can find a freight cost on your specific order.

We accept VISA and Mastercard as well as a direct bank transfer.
All prices on the website include Danish VAT and are stated in Euro. Occasionally, a product may be sold out at the time of purchase. Payment will not be deducted from your account until the product has been sent or is ready for pick up.

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act you have a right of the complaint within a 24 month period from the day you receive your goods.
If your purchase has a defect and the defect existed at the time of the delivery you may be eligible for a repair, replacement, refund or price deduction. You must make your claim within 7 days after receiving the delivery. If your claim is justified, we will also refund your documented shipping costs when you return the goods.
